Main Hall
The Main Hall is available for hire during the week and at weekends for regular and one-off bookings. There is a small kitchen and an enclosed play area available making it an ideal venue for children’s birthday parties, social gatherings and other events. Capacity: Maximum 40 people depending on layout. Size: 12 m x 7m.
Cafe
This offers seating for up to 40 people with plenty of natural daylight and views across the recreation ground. A perfect space for meetings, larger children’s parties, social gatherings, and training events. Catering may be available on request. Capacity: Maximum 40 people depending on layout.
The two areas are divided by folding doors that can be opened to provide a single larger space accommodating up to 80 people.
Children’s Parties
There is a choice of party packages you can book:
Basic: hall, small kitchen and play area - £72 (4 hours)
Premium: hall, play area, cafe area and small kitchen - £150 (4 hours)
Tables, benches and chairs are included in the price. Soft play items and toys can be hired for an additional charge. (Sorry, no bouncy castles permitted.)
Regular Hirers
We welcome enquiries for regular hires which qualify for a reduced hourly rate. Discounts are also available for not for profit organisations, community groups and LGCC volunteers.
